Challenge: Create stylized portraits for ALL in Education's leadership team that celebrates their cultural heritage.

We designed a personalized illustration series inspired by traditional Lotería cards for 17 team members, each featuring meaningful titles like "El Fuego" and "La Luchadora" that metaphorically represented their organizational roles and personal strengths, creating portraits that honored both individual identities and ALL in Education's mission through authentic cultural symbolism.
